Pharmacy PAC Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Pharmacy PAC Specialist will provide exceptional customer service, process prescription information, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Providing an exceptional customer service experience in a phone-based environment
• Processing a high volume of prescription information accurately and efficiently
• Serving as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals regarding patient care

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy is preferred
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• CPhT certification is preferred, but not required
