Pharmacy Primary Care Faculty in Ohio

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Rural Health Primary Care Clinical Track Faculty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and educate pharmacy and medicine professionals
• Implement innovative pharmacy practice and conduct practice-based research
• Instruct undergraduate coursework, contribute to PharmD curriculum, and precept students and residents

Required Qualifications:

• Must hold a PharmD and have completed PGY1 Pharmacy Residency training or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of direct patient care experience in an interprofessional team
• Previous engagement in team-based scholarship and didactic teaching experience
• Pharmacist licensure or eligibility in Ohio
• Preference for PGY2 residency training, board certification, or equivalent experience
