Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Process Engineer to lead process improvement initiatives in pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end process mapping and engineering initiatives for pharmacy operations
  • Analyze workflows to identify performance issues and design improved processes
  • Facilitate cross-functional sessions to align stakeholders on process design and implementation plans
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in process engineering, improvement, or project management
  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmacy domain
  • Demonstrated experience with process mapping and redesign
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change adoption
  • Proficiency in using process mapping tools such as Visio and Confluence
