Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and management of assigned products, including product roadmaps and stakeholder relationships
• Monitor market trends and regulations to identify new product opportunities and enhance existing offerings
• Manage a team of clinical and product professionals, providing direction and support to drive business goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of product and services development and management experience
• Knowledge of and experience with specialty pharmacy strongly preferred
• Previous management experience with responsibilities for hiring, training, and managing staff performance
• Ability to analyze product performance and make strategic recommendations
