Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager (Pharmacy) to lead the strategy and evolution of Patient Assistance Program (PAP) and Free Goods dispensing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for PAP and Free Goods dispensing solutions
Design and optimize workflows for patient eligibility, enrollment, and compliance tracking
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

7+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in healthcare technology or B2B SaaS
Direct experience in life sciences/pharma services, specifically with Patient Support Programs (PSPs) and PAP
Strong understanding of Hub services and specialty pharmacy ecosystems
Experience working in regulated environments (HIPAA, GxP, GDP, etc.)
Proven ability to translate complex operational workflows into scalable product solutions
