Job Summary
Managing complex pharmacy programs, the full-time Pharmacy Program Manager will oversee end-to-end pharmacy initiatives, drive process improvements, and coordinate with stakeholders to enhance program performance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and implement complex pharmacy programs that impact organizational performance and compliance
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to launch and enhance pharmacy initiatives, fostering a collaborative culture
- Monitor financial performance and compliance, providing insights for strategic decision-making and reporting on program outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- 8 years of project management or program management experience
- Progressive experience in pharmacy, particularly in PBM, healthcare finance, medical rebates, or analytics
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Master's Degree is a plus
