Job Summary

Managing complex pharmacy programs, the full-time Pharmacy Program Manager will oversee end-to-end pharmacy initiatives, drive process improvements, and coordinate with stakeholders to enhance program performance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and implement complex pharmacy programs that impact organizational performance and compliance
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to launch and enhance pharmacy initiatives, fostering a collaborative culture
  • Monitor financial performance and compliance, providing insights for strategic decision-making and reporting on program outcomes
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
  • 8 years of project management or program management experience
  • Progressive experience in pharmacy, particularly in PBM, healthcare finance, medical rebates, or analytics
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Master's Degree is a plus
