Job Summary

Supporting program implementations and operational improvements, the full-time remote Pharmacy Project Manager will manage daily activities, ensure successful end-to-end implementations, and develop tools and standards while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:
  • Organize and support daily activities based on program goals
  • Identify optimization opportunities and lead components of the program
  • Develop meeting materials and track action items to ensure program success
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of commensurate experience
  • 3+ years working for a PBM, Payer, or Pharmacy Consulting firm
  • 3+ years leading cross-functional teams/projects and change management
  • 1+ years working with health insurance regulation/compliance
  • 1+ years working with technical teams, integrations, or product management
