Job Summary
Supporting the operational management and quality oversight of clinical programs, the full-time Clinical Program Operations & Quality Consultant will work remotely to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, monitor performance metrics, and assist in the development of operational documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Support the implementation and optimization of clinical program SOPs, policies, and workflows
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct operational audits to ensure program compliance and efficiency
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and manage project timelines, deliverables, and risks for clinical and operational initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management
- 3+ years of experience in clinical pharmacy, healthcare operations, managed care, or regulatory affairs
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements, including CMS and NCQA standards
- Experience in clinical program support or quality improvement initiatives
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
