Job Summary
Providing strategic leadership for quality, accreditation, and regulatory readiness across pharmacy operations, the full-time Senior Manager of Quality and Accreditation will drive compliance, performance improvement, and operational excellence through accreditation efforts, risk assessments, and staff education.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead accreditation and survey readiness activities, including mock surveys and documentation reviews
- Conduct gap analyses and internal audits to identify compliance vulnerabilities and performance improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address survey findings and quality issues
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, pharmacy, nursing, public health, business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in healthcare or pharmacy operations with a focus on quality management and regulatory compliance
- Experience leading accreditation readiness and cross-functional quality initiatives is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of quality management principles and accreditation standards in healthcare or pharmacy operations
- Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives across multiple departments
