Pharmacy RCM Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCM Team Lead - Pharmacy & Infusion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial results and accuracy of billing for assigned insurance companies
• Prepare and submit various reports to the Director, including quality assurance and financial reporting
• Train new employees on RCM policies and procedures while ensuring adherence to operational guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• Minimum of 2 years of home infusion billing or accounts receivable experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintaining HIPAA standards
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in home infusion
• A 2-year degree or additional college coursework is preferred
