Pharmacy Rebate Analyst Associate

Job Summary

Supporting client operations in a remote capacity, the full-time Pharmacy Rebate Analyst Associate will manage payment postings, assist with invoicing across various programs, and fulfill client requests while maintaining service agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with payment posting, mailing dunning letters, and maintaining client service agreements
• Follow invoicing practices, including pre-invoicing review for various rebate programs
• Support account management and rebate management with client requests, such as reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience; HS diploma or equivalent GED required
• 6 months of work experience in accounting, accounts receivable, billing, rebate, pharmacy, or claims
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
