Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Pharmacy Regulatory Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of compliance professionals while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
• Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and address risks to support business objectives
• Oversee day-to-day compliance activities, including audits and issue management, ensuring timely resolution of compliance risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (e.g., JD, MBA, PharmD)
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare or pharmacy compliance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Deep understanding of pharmacy regulations, including CMS, DEA, and FDA
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex compliance programs
• Experience working in a matrixed environment and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
