Pharmacy Regulatory Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Regulatory Counsel (Pharmacy).

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on regulatory compliance matters across all jurisdictions, including pharmacy operations and licensing
• Support various business units with legal advice on pharmacy-related issues and operational considerations
• Collaborate with the legal team on regulatory inquiries and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school and an active license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
• 9+ years of healthcare regulatory experience, with a minimum of 5 years in the pharmacy sector
• Experience interpreting state and federal pharmacy laws, with a focus on compounding regulations
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience interacting with regulatory authorities such as the FDA or state Boards of Pharmacy is a plus
