Pharmacy Reimbursement Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Network Contracting Reimbursement Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic contract analytics and reimbursement models to improve contracts
• Analyze internal and external data to enhance contract negotiations and monitor payer compliance
• Develop and maintain relationships with PBMs or payers involved in retail pharmacy contracting operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in pharmacy reimbursement or contract analysis
• Experience in pharmaceutical distribution or supply chain operations is preferred
• Familiarity with relational databases and statistical business intelligence software
• Understanding of pharmacy reimbursement challenges and market dynamics
