Key Responsibilities
- Responds to calls regarding benefit questions and prior authorization requests
- Researches issues and resolves inquiries while adhering to regulatory guidelines
- Maintains knowledge of pharmacy benefits and assists with prior authorization processes
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of job-specific call center or customer service experience
- Pharmacy experience is strongly preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Availability to work from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM EST
