Key Responsibilities

  • Researches issues and resolves inquiries while adhering to regulatory guidelines
  • Maintains knowledge of pharmacy benefits and assists with prior authorization processes
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of job-specific call center or customer service experience
  • Pharmacy experience is strongly preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
  • Availability to work from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM EST
