Job Summary

Overseeing and optimizing the financial lifecycle of pharmacy services, the full-time Pharmacy Revenue Cycle Manager will manage billing, accounts receivable, denial management, and cash application processes in a hybrid work environment based in Doral, Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across pharmacy revenue cycle functions, ensuring accurate and compliant billing and reimbursement
• Lead denial management efforts by analyzing trends and implementing corrective action plans to improve cash performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize workflows and enhance operational efficiency in alignment with payer requirements

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, preferably in pharmacy or related fields
• Proven experience overseeing billing, accounts receivable, and reimbursement operations in a healthcare environment
• Strong understanding of pharmacy reimbursement methodologies and payer billing requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Pharmacy, or related field preferred
• Experience with revenue cycle systems and pharmacy billing platforms
