Pharmacy Revenue Cycle Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor - Pharmacy Revenue Cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of Pharmacy Revenue Cycle staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Maintain high-performance metrics for the reimbursement team and produce reports on fiscal and revenue cycle performance
• Collaborate with departments and third-party vendors to ensure efficient processes and standardization in patient account management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Healthcare related field preferred
• Certified Pharmacy Technician and/or Certified Coder (CPC or RIHT) preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of management or supervisory experience in billing and collection functions within an academic medical center
• Demonstrated ability in Epic and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Comprehensive understanding of patient billing policies, health insurance standards, and pharmacy billing conventions
