Pharmacy Risk Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting pharmacy risk management initiatives, the full-time Client Associate - Pharmacy Services will analyze pharmacy claims trends, assist with client benefit initiatives, and collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize pharmacy benefit programs in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a support resource for pharmacy risk management and PBM account support
- Analyze pharmacy claims, utilization patterns, and specialty drug trends to mitigate financial risks
- Prepare executive reports and collaborate with internal departments on strategic pharmacy initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Pharmacy, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in PBM account management, pharmacy consulting, or stop-loss management
- Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy and PBM operations
- Experience evaluating pharmacy claims data and financial reporting
- Knowledge of stop-loss principles and high-cost claimant management
