Pharmacy Sales Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Sales Director to provide expert leadership on complex sales assignments and develop strategies to sell integrated programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed annual territory sales goals by collaborating with sales channel partners
• Provide consultative expertise and promote the value of pharmacy in sales efforts
• Lead internal and external sales meetings and manage request-for-proposal processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in the PBM sector, including product and pricing knowledge
• Experience in sales or direct client management
• Strong strategic and analytical skills
• Well-developed relationship management abilities
