Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Sales Director to provide leadership in pharmacy sales and strategy development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and executes sales strategies to meet or exceed annual territory sales goals
• Provides consultative expertise and leads internal and external sales meetings related to pharmacy services
• Manages sales activities and maintains relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in the PBM sector, including product and pricing knowledge
• Sales or direct client management experience
• Strong strategic and analytical skills
• Well-developed relationship management abilities
