Pharmacy Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Sales Support SME to lead and support the development of competitive responses to Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end support for PBM RFPs, including response development and submission
• Serve as a subject matter expert on PBM services and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with sales executives to create customized proposals and monitor industry trends

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in PBM or healthcare sales RFP processes
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Deep understanding of PBM operations and clinical programs
• Proven success in supporting complex RFPs in a fast-paced environment
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
