Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Scheduler to manage the scheduling of pharmacists and payroll information.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule pharmacists for store locations and flu clinics within budgeted payroll
• Monitor overtime, premium, and travel pay while assisting with schedule vacancies
• Input hours worked and manage payroll information for pharmacists

Required Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Experience in a Pharmacy Technician position preferred
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and union rules
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of personnel records
• Experience with payroll systems and reconciliation preferred
