Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Service Representative Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in processing provider and member prior authorization requests
• Provide customer service and support to members and physicians
• Document inquiries and prior authorization requests accurately

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required
• Understanding of pharmacy benefit policies and procedures
• Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays
• Experience in resolving clinical issues with providers
