Pharmacy Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Influence generic utilization and therapy changes to provide overall savings to patients and clients
• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls to provide customer education and problem resolution
• Conduct adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients remain adherent to their therapies

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone
• 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or a similar application
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
