Pharmacy Services Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading pharmacy operations teams in a remote environment, the Pharmacy Services Supervisor will ensure operational excellence in Medicaid and Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) programs while overseeing provider and member support, prior authorization services, and pharmacy claims operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily pharmacy operations, including call center services and prior authorization functions
• Lead, coach, and develop team members while managing hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations
• Monitor and ensure compliance with productivity, quality, and operational performance metrics

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in managed care, Medicaid, PBM, or related healthcare environments
• 2+ years of leadership experience in supervising or managing operational teams
• Experience managing performance metrics, quality standards, and operational reporting
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and reporting tools
• Preferred experience in Medicaid pharmacy claims processing or prior authorization programs
