Pharmacy Shipping Specialist

Job Summary

Working fully remote, the full-time Pharmacy Shipping Specialist will manage the receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming shipments to ensure the integrity of pharmacy inventory and compliance with quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying against packing lists and documenting discrepancies
• Accurately log and label inbound items in the inventory system while coordinating with procurement and inventory teams
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy, quality, and safety standards during the handling of inbound products

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse logistics, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceuticals
• Familiarity with inventory systems or warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) is a plus
• Commitment to safety protocols and operational excellence
