Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Pharmacy Solutions Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee teams responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of Pharmacy solutions
• Develop staff through coaching, performance feedback, and conflict management while ensuring technical excellence
• Facilitate all aspects of software development and ensure adherence to IT best practices and the organization's SDLC

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of related professional experience
• 1 year of supervisory experience or demonstrated progressive leadership experience
• Must have Pharmacy Benefit Management implementation and/or operational experience
• Experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) and delivery
