Pharmacy Sourcing Director

Job Summary

To develop and sustain a best-in-class pharmacy and supply chain sourcing program, the full-time Pharmacy Sourcing Director will lead strategic sourcing initiatives, negotiate service agreements, and collaborate with supply chain operations while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing roadmaps and compliance management standards
• Negotiate service-related agreements to optimize operating expenses and supplier diversity goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance sourcing demand and improve overall supply chain performance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree strongly preferred, with a Pharm.D. highly preferred
• Minimum of ten years of experience in progressively responsible positions, including supervision and program leadership
• Experience in strategic sourcing and supply chain management
• Ability to lead in a dynamic work environment with both in-person and remote arrangements
• Strong understanding of supply chain methodologies and compliance standards
