Job Summary
Leading strategic sourcing initiatives, the full-time Pharmacy Sourcing Director will develop and implement sourcing roadmaps, negotiate service agreements, and drive supplier diversity while collaborating with supply chain operations in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and utilize a strategic sourcing roadmap to meet organizational needs
- Negotiate service-related agreements to optimize operational expenses and supplier terms
- Advance supplier consolidation and product standardization to reduce clinical variation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree strongly preferred
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) highly preferred
- Minimum of ten years in progressively responsible positions with supervision and program leadership experience
- Experience in strategic sourcing and supply chain management
- Ability to lead in a dynamic, hybrid work environment
