Pharmacy Supervisor

Job Summary

To enhance patient care coordination, the full-time remote Supervisor, IDN Clinic Relations will manage relationships between Lumicera and IDN Health Systems, oversee a team of Clinical Liaisons, and ensure efficient workflows for specialty pharmacy services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop collaborative relationships with clinical and administrative departments to support IDN partners
• Lead and cultivate a team of Clinical Liaisons to facilitate communication among various stakeholders
• Create educational resources and evaluate workflows to optimize the IDN Shared Services Model

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Certified CPhT or ExCPT preferred
• 2 years of pharmacy support or healthcare experience required
• Previous management and/or leadership experience preferred
• Commitment to compliance program objectives and ethical standards
