Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Pharmacy Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incidents for pharmacy systems and act as a subject matter expert for core pharmacy systems
• Research and analyze business processes to propose solutions for improving automation
• Develop and maintain training materials and custom reports, while assisting in project and change management

Required Qualifications

• College or advanced degree preferred
• Proven IT aptitude and experience
• Knowledge of pharmacy operations and related systems (e.g., Softwriters, Integra DocuTrack)
• Experience with electronic prescribing solutions and pharmacy workflow
• ITIL knowledge and understanding of IT best practices is a plus
