Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Account Specialist to provide client service and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve software and communications problems with computer systems
- Provide software and hardware technical assistance and support as needed
- Create, review, prioritize, and process tickets, maintaining high customer service standards
Required Qualifications
- High School graduation or equivalent is required
- Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- Pharmacy Technician license or training is preferred
- Background in PC maintenance/repair and application software support
- Account management experience is required
