Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Account Specialist to provide client service and technical support for customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate, analyze, and resolve software and communications problems with computer systems
  • Provide software and hardware technical assistance and support as needed
  • Create, review, prioritize, and process tickets, documenting the progress of projects
Required Qualifications
  • High School graduation or equivalent is required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field is preferred
  • Pharmacy Technician license or training is preferred
  • Background in PC maintenance/repair and application software support is required
  • Account management experience is required
