Pharmacy Technician Analyst
Job Summary
To support operational aspects of discount programs, the full-time remote Analyst, Contract Operations (Rebate) will manage contract compliance, analyze claims data for accuracy, and provide sales and RFP support while coordinating with various internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze claims data to ensure accuracy in contract processing and provide recommendations for contract optimization
- Support sales and RFP efforts for prospective clients and renewals, collaborating with finance and underwriting teams
- Serve as a subject matter expert for audits and coordinate government-related reporting for internal and client requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Pharmacy technician license preferred
- 3-5 years of managed care/pharmacy benefits management or pharmaceutical experience required
- Experience in pharmacy technician, trade, industry relations, or analytics preferred
- Commitment to compliance program objectives and cooperative interaction with colleagues
