Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bleeding Disorders Pharmacy Technician/Patient Care Coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient case management for bleeding disorders through inbound and outbound calls, including monthly refills and assessments
• Collaborate with pharmacists, sales, and nursing to ensure coordinated patient care
• Document all caller inquiries and aim for one-call resolution while onboarding new patients

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license as required by state law
• 2+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Intermediate proficiency with Windows PCs and ability to navigate complex computer systems
• Must be located in Arizona, Texas, or Nevada (with specific licensing requirements for Nevada)
