Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Tech Support / Call Center Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide initial support for customer requests via various communication methods
  • Quickly assess issues and provide first-level support for problem resolution
  • Document resolutions and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate area
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Pharmacy Technician experience required
  • HIPAA certified
  • Call center experience required (3+ years preferred)
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
