Pharmacy Technician Call Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an MD Call Specialist to provide quality care in a pharmacy services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment
• Process prescription information accurately and efficiently while performing claim adjudication and auditing duties
• Act as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals to support patient care

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred
• Pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy is preferred
• Ability to work in an office-based (or remote) setting, sitting at a desk 90% of the time
