Job Summary

A company is looking for an MD Call Specialist to provide quality care and support to patients in a pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment
  • Process prescription information accurately and efficiently, including claim adjudication and patient follow-ups
  • Serve as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals, ensuring effective patient onboarding and care
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Prior experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred
  • Pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy is preferred
  • Ability to work in an office-based or remote setting, with a schedule of 9am to 5:30pm EST, Monday through Friday
