Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Ambassador.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for patients, caregivers, pharma, and providers
• Educate patients and caregivers on program services and solutions while building long-term relationships
• Manage inbound and outbound communications to ensure quality customer care and adherence to service level agreements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 3+ years of experience in case/account management, relationship management, or customer support
• Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, with flexibility for 8-hour shifts
