Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Ambassador.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for patients, caregivers, pharma, and providers
• Manage communication and resolve issues for healthcare providers and patients efficiently
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with healthcare providers and support personnel

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 3+ years of experience in case/account management, relationship management, or customer support
• Call center experience
• Proficiency with computers and Windows-based programs
