Pharmacy Technician Care Ambassador

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Ambassador to support patients and healthcare providers in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for patients, caregivers, and providers
• Manage inbound and outbound communications to address concerns and streamline processes
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with healthcare professionals and support personnel

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 3+ years of experience in case/account management or customer support
• Call center experience and proficiency with computers and Windows-based programs
• Ability to work full-time with flexible scheduling during business hours
