Job Summary
Serving as the Single Point of Contact for healthcare providers and patients, the full-time remote Care Ambassador will manage patient onboarding, drive adherence to therapies, and provide solutions for program-related issues while collaborating with a diverse team.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for patients, caregivers, pharma, and providers, addressing inquiries and concerns
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with healthcare providers and patients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and adherence to therapies
- Manage inbound and outbound communications, triaging calls and providing timely solutions to enhance patient outcomes
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in case/account management, customer support, or professional customer service
- Experience working in a call center environment
- Proficiency with computers and Windows-based programs
- Availability to attend 8 weeks of training during normal business hours
