Pharmacy Technician Care Ambassador
Job Summary
Serving as the Single Point of Contact for patients and healthcare providers, the full-time Care Ambassador will manage relationships, address program-related issues, and drive patient adherence to therapies in a national remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the Single Point of Contact for patients, caregivers, and providers, ensuring effective communication and support
- Educate patients and caregivers on program services while building long-term relationships with healthcare professionals
- Handle inbound and outbound communications, resolving issues and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 3+ years of experience in case/account management or customer support
- Call center experience
- Proficiency with computers and Windows-based programs
