Pharmacy Technician Certification Required

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician I to provide front-line customer support for a diverse portfolio of customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support to pharmacies with point-of-service inquiries
• Educate prescribers on formulary and prior authorization processes
• Assist members with pharmacy benefit inquiries and enter customer data into documentation tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Active/current National Pharmacy Technician Certification (NHA or PTCB) or ability to obtain one within the first six months of employment
• Minimum three years of current/recent PBM and/or pharmacy experience required
