Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Pharmacy Technician (Full-Time).
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for incoming member calls and prior authorization inquiries
- Intake thorough prior authorization requests and advise callers on options for exception requests
- Ensure customer satisfaction and quality resolution while adhering to internal procedures and HIPAA guidelines
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Current National Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and valid license required
- 2+ years of pharmacy technician experience in a clinical pharmacy setting or related healthcare experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience with a focus on building customer loyalty
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, metric-driven environment
