Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Pharmacy Care Coordinator - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison to improve Part D measures, including medication adherence and statin use
• Provide education and presentations on Part D measures to provider staff and coordinate educational initiatives
• Conduct telephonic patient outreach to promote medication adherence and assist with prescription-related inquiries

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• Pharmacy Technician license in good standing in any state
• 3+ years of pharmacy-related or quality-related experience
• Beginner level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong customer service skills
