Pharmacy Technician Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RX Fulfillment Coordinator to ensure superior care for patients by processing prescriptions and providing support to providers and members.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to members, providers, and pharmacies through various communication channels
• Process prescriptions accurately and timely while supporting Teladoc providers
• Manage daily tasks to meet department performance metrics and maintain detailed case documentation

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Active Pharmacy Technician Certification, Medical Assistant Certification, or LPN/LVN license
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Tech, Medical Assistant, or LPN/LVN
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
