Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician - Clinical Program Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage members, coordinate services, and collaborate across teams to ensure smooth program operations
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and track action items to ensure consistency and quality across clinical reports
- Communicate project status to leadership and stakeholders, identifying resource needs and recommending process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of project coordination or operations support experience
- Prior experience in a Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM), health plan, or clinical/care management program environment
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and develop process documentation
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Pharmacy technician certification is a plus
