Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician - Clinical Program Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage members, coordinate services, and collaborate across teams to ensure smooth program operations
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and track action items to ensure consistency and quality across clinical reports
  • Communicate project status to leadership and stakeholders, identifying resource needs and recommending process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of project coordination or operations support experience
  • Prior experience in a Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM), health plan, or clinical/care management program environment
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and develop process documentation
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Pharmacy technician certification is a plus
