Job Summary

To support patient services, the full-time Patient Services Coordinator II will handle customer service inquiries, manage communications, and ensure accurate documentation while working remotely or in a hybrid environment in Lake Mary, Florida.

Key responsibilities:
  • Handle all inbound/outbound communications with patients, physicians, and advocates professionally
  • Accurately enter and maintain documentation of eligibility paperwork and inquiries
  • Assist in developing other employees and provide clarification on program guidelines
Required qualifications:
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency with personal computers and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to cover peak times
  • Pharmacy Tech license as needed for specific programs
