Job Summary
Providing coordination and leadership for workflows in a hybrid role, the full-time Pharmacy Technician Coordinator - IL, MO, WI will manage specialized operational areas, ensuring compliance and process improvement while working three days onsite and two days remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Performs daily services and functions across multiple ministries, managing workflows and resolving issues as they arise
- Serves as a resource for stakeholders, solving complex problems and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards
- Conducts audits and monitors KPIs, identifying quality improvement opportunities and leading operational changes
Required qualifications
- High School diploma/GED or 10 years of relevant work experience
- Three years of experience as a pharmacy technician or in a relevant healthcare field
- Registered Pharmacy Technician certification in Illinois, Missouri, or Wisconsin, or the ability to obtain within specified timeframes
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and data entry
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
